this board isn't what I expected—it really didn’t impress me. for better performance, I’d recommend going with a b550 model instead.

I'm not sure why your B450-F struggles with a 3600. The B450-F II uses components from the B450-E, adding more inductors. I don't believe the MOSFETs or the heatsink were modified.

I obtained the temperatures from the provided data. The airflow appears to be adequate. No further rating was given.

I used a noctua ppc 3000rpms and they kept running at full speed during bench sessions. I checked the hardware info, and the best performance I saw before shutting it down was 100c.

I don't believe the board includes functional temperature monitoring; it only has a flag to automatically shut down the VRM during overheating.
