OK...so now with XMP set reboot and enter Windows. If it goes into Windows, what does HWINfo64 show the DIMM voltage as actually being when running the OS? If it remains around 1.35 or so, increase it to 1.4 in BIOS and attempt again.

The memory controllers in the Ryzen 2XXX lineup were quite average. Upgrading to a 5600 CPU would likely make things much smoother.

What you're referring to is similar to what you mentioned earlier about your RAM not working properly with your CPU. After the latest BIOS update, the issue arose and it's no longer setting up for 3200 MHz.

Could the socket be faulty and prevent the RAM from running at 3200 MHz? Even when I adjust the DRAM voltage to 1.35V, the BIOS still displays 1.20V. If the motherboard's socket is damaged, shouldn't it cause this issue?

I replaced the second ram stick (B2) with the A2 stick.
I adjusted the DRAM frequency to 3200 and activated profile 2.
Now it functions at 3200 MHz with just one stick.
If I reinstall the second stick, it drops back to 2133 MHz.
Why this happens?
