The TUF Plus seems to cover all your essential needs. I know someone who tried the Elite with a 3700X but couldn't post after a day—possibly due to an early BIOS problem, especially around the Zen 2 release. Once they switched to the Plus, it worked flawlessly.
Observing many problems with early adoption, I’m unsure about the current situation. I just watched a video on the Strix-F and saw it’s available for £249.

Are you comfortable with BIOS updates? These factors should guide your decisions, and depending on the situation, another B450 could be a better choice.
