Hello, I own an MSI gaming trio 2080 super, R5 3600x, B450 max, KDM 775W PSU. The GPU just won’t work after installation. I’m sure the PC functions normally with my previous GPU, but once I switch it back, it freezes on VGA LED. It seems the PSU or the card might be defective. I attempted to reset the CMOS, used two metal contacts and left them for over 30 seconds without power, but it still stuck. I updated my chipset and BIOS, downloaded the 2080 driver manually, and only used essentials. I tested each 8-pin connector on the PSU with a multimeter, but two pins failed. I diverted power from my SATA and Molex ports to the GPU. I have no further solutions.

Hello, I can assist you. Your system has a 2080 GPU, but the CPU might be the limiting factor. It could also help to reset your computer.

It wouldn't relate to his device at all.
