The GPU driver isn't set up yet, so the display light appears. Windows is installed but the graphics card isn't recognized. To fix this, update the GPU driver through your system settings or manufacturer's website.

Are your monitor cables linked to the GPU? Do you have power cords from the PSU reaching your GPU? Is your RAM installed in slots 2 and 4?

The video connectors on the motherboard function best when your processor includes built-in graphics and you activate the integrated graphics via BIOS. The Ryzen 3600 lacks built-in graphics, so you cannot link anything to the motherboard IO shield. All connections must go to the dedicated video card. The motherboard might need up to a minute after initial startup with a new CPU and memory. It could reset several times before operating normally. Ensure you have installed the correct CPU power cable (4-pin or 8-pin EPS, preferably 8-pin) and that the video card is powered with its own PCIe 6-pin or 8-pin cable. Check the motherboard manual for memory installation details—place the sticks in empty slots between each other, typically farther from the socket on most boards, though this difference is minimal.

All set, everything is connected and I have two RAM sticks on the first two slots and the fourth one is also connected.
