You're facing compatibility issues with your B450 Aorus Pro Wi-Fi board. The board doesn't have a JFP-1 connector for your panel or fans, but you're using a H510 case which has 3-pin fans and the motherboard uses 4-pin ones. You'll need to find a compatible adapter or modify the setup accordingly.

I understand if your words hold some truth. Feel free to go ahead and use it. If needed, I can suggest alternatives like an adapter or return both parts if possible. I’m not sure why you’d need a B450 Aorus Pro or an H510, especially since neither is particularly strong—especially considering the H510.

Wouldn't it be easier to align the three fan pins with the four-pin connector? I managed it successfully before.

I'm not sure how to set up Decant Wi-Fi on a motherboard using the F-Panel.

3 pin fans work well with 4-pin connectors—just align the plastic tabs. The case includes a tiny cable adapter that lets you separate the 9-pin header into its individual pins, though it seems you can also connect it straight to the left side of the F_PANEL header at the bottom right of the board.
