I was attempting to increase the clock speed of my R5 1400 on a MSI B350M Gaming Pro. After doing so, I noticed that both speed and voltage remained stable (when idle) in Ryzen Master Application, which I had overclocked in BIOS just for checking temperatures, performance, and voltages. Is there any way to lower the clock speed using MSI Click BIOS 5?

Once you activate it, the change takes effect immediately and remains consistent; however, it's beneficial since the CPU consumes significantly less power during light usage.

When you apply the change, it takes effect immediately and remains active, though it's beneficial because CPU power consumption drops significantly during light usage. It shouldn't automatically lower the clock speed in light conditions either.
