I just bought a B350 Strix F from asus and upgraded my R5 1600 to 3.9. The issue is that it keeps applying 1.37v at full power even when in offset mode. I’m not sure if this is specific to Ryzen, but on my FX build, offset mode only increased voltage/clockspeed during load. I’ve tried C-states and the EPU energy saving feature, but nothing helped. Is this a bios or Windows problem, or does Ryzen behave differently? Thanks!

I don’t own that motherboard, but I can work with p-states if you have that feature enabled in your BIOS. If not, you can use software like Asus Zenstates or Ryzen Master. Also, could you share your memory specifications? Thanks.

I don't have that motherboard, but I could use P-states if you have this option in your BIOS. Otherwise, you can use software like Asus Zenstates or Ryzen Master. By the way, could you share your memory specifications? Thank you.

I have the same issue on the same board. He did too. I used to be able to control maximum CPU performance in the Ryzen Windows power plan, but now I lose that ability. This board doesn't allow P-state optimization with the latest BIOS. Where can I find Asus Zenstates? Also, is there a way to set the Ryzen balanced plan to show maximum performance settings on the CPU?
