Yeah, I have a FlareX 3200mhz CL14 with 2x8gb storage. I'm checking if I can run CL12. Since my motherboard caps me at 3200MHZ, the speed increase won't be possible. My Ryzen is a 2700x. Also, can I keep it running at CL12 continuously?

Each memory stick reacts uniquely to overclocking. The best approach is to experiment and observe the results. You’ll likely find many Ryzen overclocking guides available online, especially through a Google search, which can provide useful insights on voltages and settings to adjust during the process.
