Hi,
I see the issue with your Z390 Aorus Master setup. When AVX offset is 0, Cinebench runs smoothly, but with different offsets (1, 2, 3) it causes a BSOD. Could you clarify if there are any driver or kernel issues?

Adjust the Load Line Calibration to a higher setting or increase the voltage.

I haven't tested this configuration yet, but there are both positive and negative offsets. Have you experimented with -1 instead of +1?
