Hello, I own a B-365M-PLUS motherboard from my iBUYPOWER pre-built system (i5-9400f, 8GB DDR4 single channel 2666MHz). I attempted to upgrade my RAM to a 16GB 2666MHz Corsair Vengeance kit from Amazon. It functioned correctly the first time I booted into BIOS to verify the update, then I restarted and it wouldn't post. I'm attempting to connect something to the debug speaker port to hear the beeps, but I don't have a speaker. Could I disassemble earbuds or something similar? P.S. I saw another discussion here with my exact setup—both pre-built and kit RAM—but no solutions were provided, only a few suggestions like reseating the RAM or swapping slots, which I've already tried multiple times and even reused my old RAM. Thanks!

No, I haven't performed any BIOS reset or CMOS clear.

Attempt the setup with the previous RAM and check if it works again.

I used an older RAM module and performed several CMOS resets by removing the battery and shorting the reset pins.

I checked how my old and new RAM affected my USB devices: with the old one, keyboards and mice didn<|pad|> to stop lighting up, but the power button needed a long press like Windows boot, and nothing came out. With the new RAM, USB lights up now, but only a brief press turns it off and there’s still no video output. I tested each one separately and the Corsair did the same behavior.

This is the approach I take every time.
