I'm changing the bios since the b650 eagle ax needs a reset to work with 9800x3D. It shows a slow orange blink and red light, but it doesn’t power on properly—just fans spin during the reset. What should I do?

I also have 6400mhz DDR5 RAM, but it shouldn’t cause any problems.
