Set up a new account on your laptop (Windows 10 version 17763) to share it with roommates safely. If you try the "add someone else" option, you'll see a prompt saying this feature isn't supported for your Windows edition. Instead of using the Control Panel, open the User Accounts tool directly in the Control Panel for better access.
