I've tested numerous extensions, but they all seem to have issues. I'm not interested in seeing such problems. Can I set up automatic night mode for any website?

You have the option to apply extensions like Dark Reader to change website appearances. It works somewhat well but isn't flawless. You can adjust settings individually or set a unified global preference. For instance, Dark Reader appears differently under the Light Theme—details are shown below. Spoiler alert!

Open Chrome settings and enable the dark mode toggle. Adjustments needed, but it functions well.

For Chromium-based browsers, open the settings and activate the dark mode option at chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark.

On the site you wish to disable, pressing ALT plus SHIFT plus A will turn off the add-on temporarily for that page until you choose to reactivate it manually.

It seems the dark theme option isn’t enabled by default. You’ll need to activate it manually. The toggle is currently off, so setting it will make it visible.
