It's clear that these developers struggle with handling feedback. As a beta version, they didn’t have an AUS server, which caused delays and frustration. Their PR record is poor, and I spent six months waiting without a response. When I finally complained about the issues, they didn’t respond at all. Playing the game became impossible for months because of the lack of local servers. Eventually, I had to file a complaint and was banned, which only added to the disappointment.
