I have an Acer Aspire E-15 E5-575G-55GU with two RAM slots. I installed two 8GB RAM modules at 2666MHz each. In the task manager it shows 2133MHz, but I need 2666MHz. I found information online that suggests it's possible to adjust this in BIOS. However, there don't seem to be any settings for overclocking the CPU or RAM. Can I still try to overclock the RAM using other software such as CPU?

It won't be possible to exceed its maximum speed. The chipset probably caps performance at around 2133mhz.
