Consider a faulty RAM module or improper installation. Clean the RAM and connectors, then test in another slot. Use Memtest86 to verify each RAM chip.

I checked one of the sticks and found it damaged. I confirmed it by testing another stick at a time, and the second one didn’t allow the PC to start properly. Appreciate your response!
