On the topic of release, Sims 3 claims compatibility with OS X. I thought this meant it would function on OS X all the time, but since I purchased it via Steam it fails... It states it doesn’t support OS X. Does it only run on Mac if you buy it from Origin? That seems confusing.
I understand, my sister also got it on Steam at a discount, though it isn't compatible with OS X. That’s frustrating. Consider returning the money and purchasing it from Origin instead.
