Hey everyone! I assisted a friend in setting up and installing a new system, which is functioning well except for one puzzling issue. Everything works until he activates an antivirus program (we've tried several versions with similar outcomes). After rebooting, the computer gets stuck in a loop during automatic repair and diagnostics, preventing it from starting altogether—forcing a full Windows reinstall. Anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this problem? We've already tried various fixes that seemed promising but didn't resolve the core issue, especially after a recent Windows update.
