But the variation is minimal. Typically it's the collision areas that change, not the car power sliding. The speed remains consistent across all vehicles.

You're right; there are notable distinctions in acceleration and handling. The wheels likely play a role in grip and steering, though they may also serve more aesthetic purposes.

Acceleration should stay consistent. Turning radius and hit-boxes are the two biggest differences between the vehicles. Here’s a link showing various cars with their stats: http://imgur.com/a/atGYR (Source: Reddit Rocket League discussions) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...1663975716 (Source: Reddit stats spreadsheet). These details can be a bit confusing, but the spreadsheet clearly shows Green for good/high stats, Yellow for average, and Red for poor ones. Most cars have a mix of strengths and weaknesses. Generally, Dominus, Batmobile, and Aftershock stand out as top choices, though it depends on your playing style. All visual upgrades like wheels, colors, decals, etc., are just cosmetic and don’t influence physics or hit boxes! Here’s a helpful guide to RL strategies and considerations—though much of it is advanced, thinking about it early can be beneficial even for casual play.
