I've customized this setup using one of Linus's guides, and it's performed well aside from the overclocking. It self-optimizes to 4.2 GHz and aggressively spins up the CPU cooler. After resetting BIOS, Windows, and the MSI Command Center app, the changes last only when the PC is powered off. Do you know of any BIOS options to disable this behavior?

I checked the bios multiple times and discovered MSI had a hidden performance enhancement enabled in the advanced settings. Disabling it resolved the issue. Appreciate your help!
