I previously used a tool named Hazel to streamline file organization on my MacBook. In one example, after downloading a new PDF to my desktop, I wanted Hazel to automatically place it into a folder I had set up called "PDF collection." Could I achieve this through Apple’s built-in automation app? If yes, what steps would be necessary? Hazel 4 is quite costly, and I prefer not to rely on unauthorized methods.
