I've got your setup—Ryzen 3600 on an MSI X570 board, no overclocking, idle voltage around 1.6V, full CPU usage in games, and overheating issues. You're using a Noctua cooler. Let me know if you need advice on cooling, voltage tweaks, or diagnostics.

I don't use any specific monitoring software. Zen 2 offers unique performance benefits, loading quickly compared to other CPUs, while many tools monitor CPU usage and feed false workload data.

The voltage looks quite high for a 3600. Adjusting it would likely improve performance. It’s best to lower the voltage and maintain stable operation. Running at 1.6 should only occur during short bursts under heavy load.
