Hello guys. let me preface this by saying this is a brand new w10 install. i formatted 2 days ago.
I also installed AtlasOS to debloat crap w10, chipset drivers were installed by SDIO.
Now my problem is the following, if i start any download or anything that makes my disk usage high. my pc becomes a mess.
Mouse lags audio cracks i can feel applications lagging.
What could be causing this and how can i properly test it and fix it?

system specifications? Did you experience the problem prior to using the debloater?

Processor: Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2620 v3
Motherboard: Kllisre x99 v2,
SSD: (main drive) XPG GAMMIX S11L, (secondary drive) P3-1TB Kingspec.
RAM: 48GB DDR4 (maximum frequency irrelevant due to xeon), Maker is JUHOR
PSU: 750W Corsair (model uncertain)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045
In response to your inquiry, I simply don’t have the details.
Before proceeding, I didn’t encounter this problem before; formatting also triggered AtlasOS installation at that time, so it’s possible the issue existed then as well. Very likely yes, because no chipset drivers were installed.
This is the complete system information export
