Still no, but I can manage this. And the CV 650 isn't that bad either—my range is around 2000 to 3000, maybe up to 3200.

The corsair CV is a budget power supply unit. If it's the sole choice, it might function, but seeking an improved alternative would be beneficial. Are there other websites you're familiar with for purchasing computer components?

The NZXT PSU looks solid and should perform adequately.
A recent review on a tows site gave it a good rating.
If you have the chance, grab it—it's significantly better than the Corsair CV model.

Updated the power supply today. However, I keep hearing that noise. Right now, my headphones are connected to a 3.5mm jack.
