While using my JBL TWS Pro earbuds on Windows 11, I experience significant audio cuts. This occurs especially when I turn off handsfree calling, as enabling it makes the sound muffled and poor quality. On my motherboard B650 Aorus Pro Ax, I installed the newest AMD Bluetooth driver from their site, but the Intel version doesn’t work for me. I’ve reinstalled drivers, toggled Bluetooth on and off, paired the earbuds again, and even charged them fully. What might be causing this problem?
