Hi, before I return it and ask for a replacement, I wanted to check the forum's advice. Audio doesn't function when speakers are connected to the rear or headphones on the front panel. The speakers and headphones operate on a separate PC. After reconnecting the HD audio cable to the motherboard and confirming the front panel cable is attached, nothing appears in the control panel or sound settings. I've also verified all other ports, including the front panel USB C port, are working properly. The case model is Lian Li O11 Dynamic. In the BIOS, HD audio is enabled. Time to initiate RMA?/Case details

Do you have audio drivers set up? It looks like they might not be installed yet.

No problems detected in Device Manager. However, it seems unusual that both the front panel and rear audio connections are not working properly.

Did you set up the audio driver for your motherboard? You might need the accompanying tool to ensure the front panel functions correctly. There could also be an issue with the case. I usually avoid using front headers, but problems still occur.

Great suggestion, I'll give it a shot.

Installed the Asus audio driver, but the issue persists. The screenshot confirms the speakers aren’t connected—despite being linked to the green audio port on the motherboard—and the Realtek Digital Audio device is still working. A YouTube video was playing, yet no sound came through. It’s strange; I’ve never experienced this problem while using computers before. I’d appreciate it if someone could spot what I’m doing wrong.
