I'm dealing with a sound problem with the RealtekHD device on my PC. I can't hear any audio now, even though it appears to be functioning properly in Device Manager.

List your specifications clearly, including: CPU, CPU cooler, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, chassis, monitor. Also mention the age of the power supply and the current BIOS version for your motherboard. Include the make and model of your audio equipment and check if any audio output devices are connected to the soundcard. If applicable, consider removing the audio drivers and reinstalling the latest one via an administrator elevation.

The system uses a Corsair VS650 power supply unit, a Redragon SIDESWIPE GC-601 tower gaming case, and an Android TCL smart TV with HD input for display and audio output. I am experiencing issues where the sound device does not work properly—no audio comes through either on my PC or the Android TV’s built-in speakers. The problem persists even after driver updates. Can someone help identify the cause?
