Hello, the sound on my PC seems to have stopped working after installing a CPU AIO cooler. No matter which device I use, I can't hear anything except a low hum that doesn't appear in the volume mixer and keeps increasing even during startup.

Details:
- The PC is showing audio on the mixer but I can't hear anything except that low hum.
- Audio devices are connected to the right ports and appear in settings, but nothing comes out.
- I've tried updating audio drivers, deleting and re-downloading them, testing with headphones and speakers, checking connections, and confirming the right device is selected.

I've tried almost every common solution and still haven't fixed it. Please help!

Verify if there are audio ports available on the motherboard.

I verified the connections and they seem to be installed correctly. I also repositioned them to confirm, but I haven’t touched any of them before this problem started.

I've also reviewed them; they seem to be in good condition as well.

Have you checked if your headset fits every jack you use? I faced the same issue and realized my jack was connected to the wrong outlet. Have you tried using another headset?

I've checked all available ports, but only one headset works with the USB speakers that also use the audio input jack. Both attempts failed.

Have you met someone with a soundcard? That could be the problem. Repair shops usually carry them too.

I don't have any prior experience with this. It's occurring on a build that has been stable for months without a sound card.
