You recently got a new GPU (6700 XT). Before that, you were able to play games smoothly with an iGPU and had no audio issues. After installing the GPU, you started experiencing stuttering in certain games and programs, especially when using HDMI. You fixed it by switching the HDMI back to its original port, but the problem persists. You've tried reinstalling audio and GPU drivers without success.

What audio interface are you using (Realtek?), and do you have analog (3.5mm) or digital (USB) headphones? Which connection do you use—front or back? Have you experimented with other headphones? This info can help resolve some problems. Cheers

Thanks for your assistance. I discovered the answer by testing different headphones on another USB port, which revealed that the port I used was faulty.
