I've experienced this problem for a while now. It started when someone on warzone complained about my game-play through my mic, telling me to lower the TV volume.
I'm using a PC with a headset, so that's not the cause here.
I'm also trying to stream on Twitch, but I keep seeing my audio duplicated during playback.
I've tried all the usual steps—disabled studio mix, changed settings to push to talk—but my Twitch stream isn't loading while I'm streaming.
It's really confusing... I can't figure it out and haven't found any forums or threads where someone else had the same issue.

What kind of headset are you using and which audio from gameplay do you think you're hearing most? Some built-in microphones aren't noise-canceling, so they can pick up background sounds and even the noise from the headset itself. This might be due to your gain or volume settings on the mic being too high. If the microphone is overly sensitive to noise, there are solutions—usually adjusting the mic settings or using a foam cover if available. Different headset microphones handle this issue in varying ways.
Hi thanks for the update, I'm currently using a budget gaming headphone set that claims to be made by Trust. I'm curious if there might be some Steel Series or Corsair voids coming soon.
I've adjusted the microphone settings to around 60-70%, which reduces the issue but makes it hard to hear my voice clearly, leading me to give up. It seems like the problem could be with the headset itself—even when I enable silent mode and play something on YouTube, it still picks it up through the volume control.
Just a quick note: I've attempted connecting the headphone jack to the rear (motherboard) and used an aux extension from the mic aux to the front aux port on my case. The problem persists despite that change.
