I tried it, it worked and installed fine, but it isn't listed in the device manager and displays two microphone inputs when I only have one.

It is now set up. Positioned directly above NVIDIA High Definition Audio, labeled as "High Definition Audio Device." You may attempt to install the drivers manually on this specific spot, or on the other two locations, since the issue arose when installed elsewhere.
