Navigate to Control Panel, then Device Manager. You’ll likely see unfamiliar devices listed. Click each one, select "Update Drivers," and let it check for updates via Windows Updates. Without more specifics about your setup, I can’t recommend a particular driver source besides performing the Windows Update scan.

Check the display drivers and observe if your system uses the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. When you install the graphics driver, it may enable other devices like HDMI audio. Also, High Definition Audio might display a device without the correct driver; this could be resolved by installing it properly, or you may need to use a different audio brand such as Realtek or Connexant. In the properties, go to the Details tab and select Hardware ID to identify the manufacturer—like Realtek or Intel.

You understand the issue, having a GT710 means you might want to replace the HDMI driver with a better one like a Realtek adapter.

Use the built-in driver update option or check the manufacturer’s support page for the specific part, such as an ASUS motherboard or NVIDIA graphics card.

And sorry for the delayed reply—I fell asleep. Should I get the Realtek drivers?

Check if your audio chip is active in the UEFI settings. Confirm that your speakers or headphones are linked to the rear 3.5mm speaker (green) connector on the system's back panel.

I don’t understand UEFI, but I just reinstalled the drivers and changed everything else, yet nothing worked.
