Audio Desync Issue

I've experienced difficulties with audio and video synchronization across various browsers, especially with TwitchTV. While I haven't tested it on YouTube or other platforms, the issue becomes apparent when streaming on Twitch. Previously, fixing this required purchasing a low-cost USB audio device to connect my speakers. However, after three years of consistent use without problems, the sync issue has reappeared.

I'm currently using Windows 10 - Version 22H2, OS Build 19045.4780. I've attempted numerous solutions: upgraded drivers, reinstalled software, disabled fast startup, adjusted power management settings, and even tried disabling low latency in Twitch. Despite these efforts, the problem persists.

I've observed a peculiar behavior where pressing the power button on my case causes Windows to delay app loading when I turn the computer back on. This temporary workaround has helped with audio sync, but it fails after a few days. Another attempt involved shutting down the PC via Windows, which then pre-loaded apps before login—this also resolved the issue temporarily.

I'm uncertain why this seems like a short-lived solution and am seeking advice from others who might have encountered similar challenges. Any suggestions or insights would be highly appreciated.

I looked into Twitch TV audio sync problems and found discussions about switching low latency settings on or off to resolve audio alignment.

I also mentioned trying this before, but it didn't work out. I've experimented with various methods, making it tough to remember everything. I'll need to revise and include this in the main post.
