You recently installed Assassin's Creed 2 on your Windows 8.1 PC and noticed audio delays at first playback, especially after silence, but performance improved afterward. This issue is unique to this game compared to others you've played.

I would reinstall the game. If that doesn't work, I'd keep it as it is since it doesn't significantly impact your gameplay.
