I experienced it for some time, thinking it was normal, but during a call I noticed the audio quality dropped significantly. Is this an issue you encounter on any call, or is it a specific problem?

Navigate to the old Control Panel, then to Sound, and review the Communications section. Ensure the option "Do nothing" is chosen, preventing the volume from being lowered by other programs during calls.

This seems like a common challenge many face.
Are there alternative approaches you've considered?

You're asking about the method used to connect headphones or earbuds, typically involving two "connections."
