Rocket League exhibits frequent stuttering, resulting in audio and input loss for brief periods. This issue occurs consistently on a desktop but is less prevalent on a laptop, though still present. The problem only affects Rocket League and does not impact other games, programs, or media playback on a second monitor. I have ruled out overclocking as a factor by adjusting CPU/GPU speeds and upgrading my power supply. I have also performed multiple reinstalls of the game and Windows, as well as verified game file integrity.

My PC specifications are: Gigabyte PA55-UD3R, Intel Core i7 860 (overclocked to 3.82 GHz with approximately 1.56V, still stutters at 3.36 GHz while turbo boost is off), two 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X (1333 or 1600), Gigabyte GTX 1070 Ti (120% power in Afterburner), a 500GB Samsung 850 SSD, and a 240GB Seagate HDD. The laptop is an HP Omen 17 with an RX580.

They are both approximately 60-65 degrees Celsius at their current clock speeds. Editing: Core Temp, installed on my computer, indicates 60-65 degrees for the CPU. When I enter BIOS, it consistently displays 45 degrees Celsius regardless of whether the computer is in use.

Have you resolved this problem? I am experiencing the same issue and find it frustrating.

I am experiencing a similar problem currently. I encountered this issue in January as well. I contacted RL support but it resolved itself after three weeks without my further action. I don't know what they would have advised me to do, and hopefully it will resolve itself again.

I am experiencing the same problem. I recently upgraded my power supply from 620W to 750W, and it’s a Corsair RM750x. This issue only occurs in Rocket League and not with any other applications.
