Hello, I recently assembled my PC and encountered an unusual issue. I installed the MSI B650 Carbon Wi-Fi board with a Ryzen 5 7600X processor and used Be Quiet Pure Loop 280mm for cooling. When I powered on the system, all fans failed to operate—both the AIO units and the case fans. I attempted to adjust their settings in the BIOS, but nothing changed. I also tried connecting different fan cables, but the problem persisted (CPU_FAN1 and SYS_FAN remained inactive). I switched BIOS versions to both the latest and the oldest supported by MSI, yet it didn’t resolve the issue. After removing the CPU and reinstalling it, the situation improved slightly, though the pins stayed intact and the CPU appeared fine. Am I missing something or is there a problem with my motherboard? It seems the fans aren’t the cause, as they worked before in my previous build.

Did you use just one fan or two? Perhaps a different slot? Are all your fans PWM and configured in BIOS? Could they be in 0 RPM mode? Have you used the Fan Control app? Is your PC functioning normally for a brief time? Does the pump operate at all?

Thanks for the update. I've tested all slots and fans—two from AIO and five from the case and previous setup. I also changed the BIOS settings for fans, but nothing has changed. In the BIOS, every fan reads 0 RPM and can't be adjusted. Since I haven't installed an OS yet, I'm trying to get the fans working first. My pump is fine, but it's connected directly to the PSU.
