I attempted to open a file in Audacity (it was 12 hours long), and unexpectedly while using my PC, popups appeared stating my storage is full. Upon checking, I found 0 bytes remaining. This only happened when I tried importing the file into Audacity. I have tried deleting temporary files, including X-Plane, which took about 20GB but still leaves only 8GB free, and those Audacity files remain somewhere. Can someone assist me in locating them or suggest an app to remove them?

Take a glance in the Audacity session data folder located at AppData\Local\Audacity\SessionData. Be aware that this directory is typically hidden by default; you might need to adjust Folder Options to reveal it. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I can suggest a tool to assist in finding the file.
