so if a system only needs low wattage, what would you recommend? for instance, a 150w system—what’s the better option? should I choose a 350w psu tier d, which operates at just 40% of its full capacity, or an example of 180w tier b that functions near its maximum potential? additionally, are bronze certified psus always classified as class c or d? and what are some suggestions for systems needing less than 200w? money matters, but I don’t think there’ll be a significant difference at such low wattages. thanks.
It depends on what's available and the cost in your area. You might be interested in sharing a link to a webshop for PSUs in your country.
Not usable for me and Google translate doesn't function on that site.

no and not at all, i don't need any additional stuff like extra usb or extra hard drive... just the motherboard, cpu, ram.
here is the usage:
i left it on overnight for downloading stuff maybe once a month, office work and typing. i used adobe connect to attend online meetings.
i was thinking about picking a celeron g6900 but then realized what the heck! maybe once a year i use this pc for cs go and dota 2 with igpu. that's why i chose the 12100. and i think i made the right choice.
i also have gpu on another build somewhere, and i'm using corsair cx650m there... basically it's the same spec as this one but with a gpu.
Could you please go through the previous message again? I just made some edits and explained my choices. For about ten years, I used a 230W PSU and it was functioning well, but it had a low-pitched noise that was bothersome. If you were to choose something under 300W, what would you select? It really comes down to quality and longevity—not just the wattage, unless you specifically want a lower-quality unit like the one I mentioned in my first post. That one should work fine since I only draw around 100 or 150W from it.
