I don’t believe a straightforward operating system has existed for a long time. My knowledge comes from NT, and NT was always complex.

It seems you're asking about the connection between Windows and boot media. Regarding your second question, clearing the CMOS might resolve some issues, but it's not guaranteed to fix everything.

It's tricky and tends to be frustrating, especially with Rufus, turning off antivirus, and trying Windows Media Creator again. There are no simple answers—you have to figure it out yourself. I’d configure it for UEFI only and turn off CSM, so you’re sure it’s just booting into UEFI.

You really enjoy watching it. Another person has the identical problem, but they just share an update saying "EDIT: IT WORKS!" Probably they changed the BIOS and it fixed it for them, though I’m not sure why that would matter.
