You can't use the -v any option with a DMG file, as it's not compatible for installation via that method.

You should prepare a bootable disk to set up OSX, similar to how you would use a Windows installation media. Simply placing the .dmg file on a USB won’t work for OSX, just as you can’t run a Windows ISO directly onto a USB stick.

It violates Apple's terms of service. I'm unsure if you're targeting a primary system or experimenting with OS X. Doing this for the initial setup isn't advisable. Hackintosh has many problems. If you're just trying to tinker, older MacBook Pros are available at low prices sometimes. For casual use, first-generation models can be found for under $50 occasionally. The newest models, like the 2010 MacBook, are often available for less than $200.
