On PS4 I'm attempting to restore an old EA account with saved progress so I can join splitscreen. Support hasn't helped much—they've been chatting for two hours without progress. For privacy, I'm using email addresses 1 and 2. My console has five accounts (users 1-5). User 1 is tied to email 1 and seems okay. User 2 was linked to email 2 a long time ago, but I can't remember the password. I tried recovering it via Google sign-in, but now the default account with that email is locked, and EA won't let me proceed due to privacy claims. I'm stuck and feel EA's assistance is more trouble than help.
