Attempting to reinstall Windows while preserving your files, but the process asks you to update the drivers for the Realtek 8192SU Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter. I don’t understand what that refers to.

That's a WiFi adapter. https://www.realtek.com/Product/Index?id...ate_id=194 You can try using the latest driver that works with Windows 10 for that device. Though given it's USB 2.0 based, it's going to be rather slow so better off just removing it altogether, https://www.realtek.com/Download/List?ca...enu_id=297
