Press start, reset and click that. Stop attempting to do it with an iso. Windows 10 can wipe itself.

For a Windows reinstall, it's better to start from the installer, wipe all drives, and set up a new version. Restoring is much slower than this fresh setup process for reasons I can't clarify.
