Does the PC have the USB thumb drive or installation media ready? If yes, navigate to BIOS and assign the boot priority to that media first. This ensures it takes precedence over Windows Boot Manager during startup.

Yes, that's the SSD with about 238GB. Pressing the format button will wipe all information and prepare the drive for a fresh Windows installation.
