Dedicated LANs are essentially the same, but using regular interfaces instead of a bridge. With dedicated setups, avoid overlapping subnets in the same range to prevent confusion. Assign unique /24 prefixes to each network—like 192.168.10.x for your LAN, 192.168.6.x for dual-stack (IPv4 and IPv6), and 192.168.50.x for IoT devices. I set them up as bridges for flexibility, especially if you need multiple physical interfaces or want to manage devices via VLANs. My server runs on the primary LAN and the dual-stack LAN.
