Currently, I’m launching several apps via Intune to MacOS as LoB apps. Up until now, I’ve managed to correctly configure the CFBundleIdentifiers for each one. But when attempting to install the softphone client RingCentral, I’m encountering error 0x87D13BA7. This appears when the Bundle Identifier is marked as incorrect, even though I’ve matched it with the .plist file provided by the installer. Only one app bundle is listed under “Included apps” in Intune: com.ringcentral.glip 23.2.21.7380. The issue persists despite the updates, as the version itself doesn’t matter since it auto-updates. I’ve set Intune to accept any installed version, but all reports indicate failures. Interestingly, the app downloads and installs fine on Mac systems, yet it fails to send a confirmation to Intune. I attached the configuration I used for the Mac deployment. If anyone has previously deployed RingCentral for Mac via Intune, Jamf, or similar and knows which packages to include in the app setup, that would be incredibly helpful. Also, I used a website bookmarked with a terminal command that generated a text file listing each installed CFBundleIdentifier for troubleshooting apps that weren’t syncing with Intune. Unfortunately, I’ve lost access to that page, but it wouldn’t be a problem if it’s no longer available.

I'm currently contacting RingCentral support for any App Bundle IDs required to deploy the app on macOS. I'll provide the details once received and share them with others who need this information.

No assistance received from support. Planning to explore the dev portal soon and looking for a more suitable app there. Will provide an update on the solution.
