I've been attempting to adjust the CPU Ratio but it remains grayed out, making it hard to interact with. I've looked up some advice suggesting switching the CPU ratio mode to "Manual," though that option is also hidden. Anyone have any ideas or solutions?

Hey, I missed mentioning that. You're using an MSI G45 Z87 board with an i5 4670K CPU, and you've recently reinstalled Windows after overclocking, which is why it's appearing grayed out.
