This appears to be a fresh problem. I only found a single Reddit discussion about the issue, and even then it was just a suggestion to reinstall or redownload. The installation keeps failing with an error about creating the folder.

Several factors can block folder creation. User access rights and antivirus protection are common issues. Another less obvious reason is when a file with the same name already exists. You might need to delete the existing folder, run the installer with admin privileges, or temporarily turn off your antivirus to allow a fresh installation. It may take some time, but it should resolve the problem eventually.
